Rise Performance Personal Training is lead by head trainer, Tony Williams. Tony has been coaching and developing athletes for over 21 years. Tony's personal athletic career includes: high school football all-american and Division 1 NCAA college football all-american. He finished his career in the canadian Football League as well as the Arena Football League.

Tony is the current strength and conditioning coach for St. Joseph's Regional High School and held the same position at Pope John XXIII Regional High School.

Tony specializes in speed development and fitness work for all sports. His dedication and expertise has resulted in his athletes competing at prestigious Division 1 NCAA colleges such as: the Ohio State University, Iowa State University, Wake Forest University, Florida State University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Duke University.
